SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Consultant

Your team deserves a SharePoint that actually works.

You invested in Microsoft 365 expecting seamless collaboration, faster workflows, and a digital workplace your team loves. Instead: broken intranets, messy migrations, and manual processes that should have been automated years ago. Let's fix that.

Problems solved
Sound familiar?

Six signs your Microsoft 365 investment is bleeding money.

These are the exact problems clients bring to me every week. If even two feel personal, your SharePoint environment needs a specialist, and it's already costing more than you think.

🏚

Your intranet is a ghost town

Beautiful launch day. Two months later, tumbleweeds. Employees still email documents. Nobody checks the news page. The investment sits there gathering digital dust.

📦

Your migration is stuck at 60%

The three-month migration is now at month eight. Content is scattered between old and new. Nobody knows which version of that document is the real one.

🔁

Manual processes eat your hours

Approvals forwarded through five email threads. Leave tracked in a shared Excel file. Every one could be a three-click Power Automate workflow.

🔍

Your people can't find anything

Documents live in seventeen locations. Search returns everything except what you need. Your team spends a full day a week just looking for information.

💸

You pay for licenses you barely use

Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Lists, Planner, Viva. Thousands of dollars of capability sitting untouched every month.

🧩

Your last agency left a mess

Thin documentation. No governance model. Tangled permissions. Now every small change requires another expensive engagement.

"The best technology is the kind a team forgets is even there."

Your SharePoint specialist

Meet the person who will untangle all of this.

Hi, I'm Darshana Somani. I've spent 11+ years inside the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, starting as a SharePoint developer building enterprise portals from scratch, then growing into leading complex client engagements and multi-stream projects.

Today I lead a team of 12 engineers delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 implementations: multi-geography rollouts, compliance-heavy environments, and integration with legacy systems.

When you hire me, you get the person on the strategy call, the person writing the architecture, and the person who can get into the code when things get technical. One brain. One point of contact. Zero handoffs.

How I help

Four ways to turn your Microsoft 365 into a competitive advantage.

Every engagement starts with understanding your specific situation. These are tailored to what your business actually needs, not billed by the hour.

Technical depth

More than someone who configures settings.

There's a meaningful difference between someone who drags and drops web parts and someone who understands why the CSOM call fails at the tenant boundary. When your project hits a wall, and complex projects always do, you need depth.

The honest comparison

Hire a specialist, not an agency.

The typical agency experience

  • Your project gets assigned to whoever is available. You meet the salesperson, then work with a stranger.
  • Junior developers handle implementation; the senior architect shows up only at kickoff.
  • You pay for project management overhead, office costs, and hierarchy that adds zero value.
  • Scope creep becomes a revenue model. The longer it takes, the more they bill.
  • Knowledge leaves when the engagement ends. Thin documentation. Your team feels stranded.

Working with Darshana

  • You get the person on the strategy call, the architecture, and the hands-on build. One expert, zero handoffs.
  • 11+ years of concentrated Microsoft 365 experience means zero ramp-up time.
  • You pay for outcomes, directly. Transparent pricing from day one.
  • Fixed-scope, fixed-price options keep everyone aligned. Finishing efficiently benefits us both.
  • Every engagement includes thorough documentation and knowledge transfer. Your team stays empowered.
How it works

From first call to fully working solution.

1

Discovery Call

A free 30-minute conversation to understand your environment, your pain points, and whether I'm the right fit. Honest assessment, zero pressure.

2

Assessment & Roadmap

A deep-dive into your current SharePoint and M365 setup. You get a prioritized roadmap with clear recommendations, timelines, and costs.

3

Build & Implement

Hands-on execution with weekly progress updates. Every milestone visible. Every decision collaborative. Your team stays in the loop.

4

Handoff & Support

Full documentation and knowledge-transfer sessions. Optional ongoing support retainer so you always have an expert a message away.

Common questions

Everything you'd want to know before reaching out.

How much does a typical project cost? +
A strategy call is complimentary. Assessment and roadmap engagements start at $2,500. Implementation projects range from $10,000 to $40,000 depending on scope. Monthly support retainers start at $1,500. You'll always know the full cost before any commitment.
Can you work with our team remotely? +
Absolutely. I'm based in Ahmedabad, India, and work with clients across India, the US, UK, and the Middle East. Most engagements run entirely remotely with weekly video check-ins. Time zone overlap is easy to manage for IST, GMT, and EST.
What if we already have an agency but need specialized help? +
More common than you'd think. Many organizations bring me in alongside their existing vendor when a project needs deeper SharePoint or Power Platform expertise. I integrate smoothly with existing teams and workflows.
How quickly can you start? +
Most engagements kick off within 1-2 weeks of the discovery call. For urgent migration or production issues, I can prioritize faster. Availability varies, so reaching out sooner is always better.
Will our internal team be able to maintain what you build? +
Always. Every engagement includes documentation and hands-on knowledge-transfer sessions. The goal is to make your team self-sufficient. Ongoing support retainers are available but entirely optional.
What makes you different from the hundreds of SharePoint agencies out there? +
When you hire an agency, you get a brand. When you hire me, you get a person, the same person who understands your business context, writes the architecture, handles the implementation, and answers your questions at 9 PM. Continuity matters in complex technical projects.
